# Opti Train vs Myndlift

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Myndlift at none against Opti Train's 2. Myndlift also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (61% vs 33%). Opti Train's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Opti Train sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Myndlift asks for nothing beyond the download.

Opti Train holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Myndlift has 1.7K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Opti Train's written reviews are positive against 61% of Myndlift's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Opti Train ships an update every 2 months, Myndlift every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
