# StepsApp Pedometer vs Fit as

StepsApp Pedometer and Fit as both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 93% of StepsApp Pedometer's written reviews are positive against 22% of Fit as's. StepsApp Pedometer also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (301K vs 10). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StepsApp Pedometer sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Fit as sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fit as holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: StepsApp Pedometer has 301K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 93% of StepsApp Pedometer's written reviews are positive against 22% of Fit as's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

StepsApp Pedometer ships an update every 6 days, Fit as every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
