# LAAX vs GGC

The clearest difference is review sentiment: LAAX at 62% against GGC's 0%. GGC's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 4.0) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GGC holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 60 and 43 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of LAAX's written reviews are positive against 0% of GGC's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
