# QRS Reporting vs VPN Security

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: QRS Reporting at none against VPN Security's 3. QRS Reporting also leads on ads (none vs shown). VPN Security's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 3). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VPN Security sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per 7 days. QRS Reporting asks for nothing beyond the download.

VPN Security holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VPN Security has 1.2K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

QRS Reporting ships an update every 2 weeks, VPN Security fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
