# GRIND vs RWRD

The clearest difference is rating: GRIND at 4.8 against RWRD's 2.7. GRIND also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1). RWRD's advantage is review sentiment (83% vs 57%) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RWRD sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. GRIND asks for nothing beyond the download.

GRIND holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 5 and 7 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of GRIND's written reviews are positive against 83% of RWRD's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

GRIND ships an update every 2 months, RWRD every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
