# Stopfinder vs BusStopLive

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Stopfinder at 15K against BusStopLive's 3. Stopfinder also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). BusStopLive's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BusStopLive holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Stopfinder has 15K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Stopfinder ships an update every 3 months, BusStopLive every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
