# FourKites CarrierLink vs skEYEwatch

The clearest difference is monetization model: FourKites CarrierLink at free against skEYEwatch's subscription. FourKites CarrierLink also leads on ratings volume (75K vs 2) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for FourKites CarrierLink against 5.0 for skEYEwatch. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FourKites CarrierLink has 75K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

FourKites CarrierLink ships an update every 5 weeks, skEYEwatch every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
