# Kodex vs DgoodgVPN

The clearest difference is update cadence: DgoodgVPN at every 9 days against Kodex's monthly. Kodex's advantage is chart position (#76 vs unranked) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kodex sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and DgoodgVPN sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Kodex ships an update monthly, DgoodgVPN every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
