# Fx Racer vs Shell Racing

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Shell Racing at none against Fx Racer's 7. Shell Racing also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.7 vs 4.3). Fx Racer's advantage is review sentiment (72% vs 56%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fx Racer sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Shell Racing asks for nothing beyond the download.

Shell Racing holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 196 and 556 respectively.
