# Tri Peaks Solitaire! vs Solitaire Showtime

Tri Peaks Solitaire! and Solitaire Showtime both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 95% of Tri Peaks Solitaire!'s written reviews are positive against 51% of Solitaire Showtime's. Tri Peaks Solitaire! also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 11) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.2). Solitaire Showtime's advantage is ratings volume (50K vs 552) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Solitaire Showtime sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Tri Peaks Solitaire! asks for nothing beyond the download.

Solitaire Showtime holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Solitaire Showtime has 50K ratings behind it against 552, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 95% of Tri Peaks Solitaire!'s written reviews are positive against 51% of Solitaire Showtime's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Tri Peaks Solitaire! ships an update every 5 months, Solitaire Showtime every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
