# Leaf vs Cupla

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Cupla at 2.3K against Leaf's 22. Leaf's advantage is review sentiment (92% vs 73%) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Leaf sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Cupla sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Leaf against 4.7 for Cupla. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cupla has 2.3K ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 92% of Leaf's written reviews are positive against 73% of Cupla's.

Leaf ships an update every 4 days, Cupla every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
