# SnapPick vs CTA Dex

The clearest difference is price: CTA Dex at Free against SnapPick's $1.99. CTA Dex also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 1). SnapPick's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

CTA Dex is free to download; SnapPick costs $1.99 up front. SnapPick sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and CTA Dex sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SnapPick holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CTA Dex has 1.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

SnapPick ships an update every 7 months, CTA Dex every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
