# RealizD vs RescueTime

The clearest difference is ratings volume: RealizD at 513 against RescueTime's 4. RealizD also leads on review sentiment (41% vs 21%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.4). RescueTime's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 3.9). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RealizD sells 9 one-off in-app purchases and RescueTime sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RescueTime holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RealizD has 513 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of RealizD's written reviews are positive against 21% of RescueTime's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
