# ÖBB Tickets vs Interalpen

The clearest difference is rating: Interalpen at 5.0 against ÖBB Tickets's 1.9. Interalpen also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). ÖBB Tickets's advantage is ratings volume (159 vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Interalpen holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ÖBB Tickets has 159 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

ÖBB Tickets ships an update fortnightly, Interalpen every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
