# ÖBB Tickets vs RegioFlink

The clearest difference is rating: RegioFlink at 5.0 against ÖBB Tickets's 1.9. RegioFlink also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). ÖBB Tickets's advantage is ratings volume (160 vs 2) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RegioFlink holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ÖBB Tickets has 160 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

ÖBB Tickets ships an update fortnightly, RegioFlink every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
