# Anime Wallpapers. vs Anime Explorer

The clearest difference is rating: Anime Wallpapers. at 4.7 against Anime Explorer's 3.8. Anime Wallpapers. also leads on ratings volume (3.3K vs 5). Anime Explorer's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 7) and ads (none vs shown). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Anime Wallpapers. sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Anime Explorer asks for nothing beyond the download.

Anime Wallpapers. holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Anime Wallpapers. has 3.3K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 87% of Anime Wallpapers.'s written reviews are positive against 100% of Anime Explorer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
