# iTrack vs Sky Smart Home

iTrack and Sky Smart Home both sit at 3.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 43% of iTrack's written reviews are positive against 13% of Sky Smart Home's. iTrack also leads on ratings volume (49 vs 2) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Sky Smart Home's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Sky Smart Home holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iTrack has 49 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of iTrack's written reviews are positive against 13% of Sky Smart Home's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iTrack ships an update every 3 months, Sky Smart Home monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
