# TextsFromSanta vs Ask My Elf

The clearest difference is rating: Ask My Elf at 5.0 against TextsFromSanta's 3.1. Ask My Elf also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 121 months). TextsFromSanta's advantage is ratings volume (34 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TextsFromSanta sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Ask My Elf sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
