# InstantAutoSite vs Tekmetric Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: InstantAutoSite at 5.0 against Tekmetric Mobile's 2.7. InstantAutoSite also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs subscription). Tekmetric Mobile's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (60 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

InstantAutoSite holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tekmetric Mobile has 60 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

InstantAutoSite ships an update every 4 months, Tekmetric Mobile every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on September 9, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
