# Yellow! vs BusExpress

The clearest difference is rating: Yellow! at 4.8 against BusExpress's 1.0. Yellow! also leads on ratings volume (663 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 7 months). BusExpress's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 36%) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Yellow! holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Yellow! has 663 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of Yellow!'s written reviews are positive against 67% of BusExpress's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Yellow! ships an update every 2 months, BusExpress every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
