# Meeting Guide vs ToDoInTC

The clearest difference is rating: ToDoInTC at 5.0 against Meeting Guide's 4.4. ToDoInTC also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 70%) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). Meeting Guide's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ToDoInTC holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Meeting Guide has 1K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 70% of Meeting Guide's written reviews are positive against 100% of ToDoInTC's.

Meeting Guide ships an update every 2 months, ToDoInTC fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
