# FractRoam vs Spiralflow

The clearest difference is price: Spiralflow at Free against FractRoam's $0.99. Spiralflow also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 86%) and iOS requirement (9.2 vs 12.0). FractRoam's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 3.3) and ratings volume (75 vs 4). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Spiralflow is free to download; FractRoam costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FractRoam holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FractRoam has 75 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of FractRoam's written reviews are positive against 100% of Spiralflow's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
