# ActiveFit vs Toro PT

The clearest difference is rating: Toro PT at 5.0 against ActiveFit's 2.5. Toro PT also leads on device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17). ActiveFit's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (39 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Toro PT holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ActiveFit has 39 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

ActiveFit ships an update every 3 weeks, Toro PT every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
