# Audio Sender vs Sappa

The clearest difference is rating: Sappa at 3.6 against Audio Sender's 1.0. Sappa also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). Audio Sender's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 32%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Audio Sender sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Sappa asks for nothing beyond the download.

Sappa holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sappa has 28 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Audio Sender's written reviews are positive against 32% of Sappa's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Audio Sender ships an update every 17 months, Sappa every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
