# Poparide vs B

The clearest difference is monetization model: B at free against Poparide's free with in-app purchases. B also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). Poparide's advantage is ratings volume (754 vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Poparide against 5.0 for B. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Poparide has 754 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 38% of Poparide's written reviews are positive against 18% of B's.

Poparide ships an update every 3 weeks, B every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
