# IP Camera Viewer vs Veezoompro

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Veezoompro at none against IP Camera Viewer's 14. Veezoompro also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). IP Camera Viewer's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 10). On price, rating and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IP Camera Viewer sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Veezoompro asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.1 for IP Camera Viewer against 4.2 for Veezoompro. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IP Camera Viewer has 1.2K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two.
