# Random vs Random

Random and Random both sit at 4.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Random's written reviews are positive against 56% of Random's. Random also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 14) and ads (none vs shown). Random's advantage is ratings volume (2.8K vs 6). On price, rating and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Random sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Random asks for nothing beyond the download.

Random holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Random has 2.8K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Random's written reviews are positive against 56% of Random's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
