# OFFTO vs tripdeal

The clearest difference is ads: OFFTO at none against tripdeal's shown. OFFTO also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (316 vs 5). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

OFFTO holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OFFTO has 316 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of OFFTO's written reviews are positive against 80% of tripdeal's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

OFFTO ships an update monthly, tripdeal every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
