# OFFTO vs Tellgo eSim

The clearest difference is rating: OFFTO at 4.6 against Tellgo eSim's 3.9. OFFTO also leads on ratings volume (316 vs 12). Tellgo eSim's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs monthly). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

OFFTO holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OFFTO has 316 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of OFFTO's written reviews are positive against 78% of Tellgo eSim's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

OFFTO ships an update monthly, Tellgo eSim every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
