# Blink vs Timegate+

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Blink at 51% against Timegate+'s 6%. Blink also leads on ratings volume (451 vs 2) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). Timegate+'s advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Timegate+ holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Blink has 451 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of Blink's written reviews are positive against 6% of Timegate+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Blink ships an update every 5 days, Timegate+ every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
