# La Voix de l'Est vs Narcity

The clearest difference is rating: Narcity at 4.8 against La Voix de l'Est's 4.3. Narcity also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (68 vs 4). La Voix de l'Est's advantage is review sentiment (62% vs 40%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Narcity holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Narcity has 68 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of La Voix de l'Est's written reviews are positive against 40% of Narcity's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

La Voix de l'Est ships an update every 4 weeks, Narcity every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
