# Neo Smart Blinds vs Weiser

The clearest difference is rating: Weiser at 4.8 against Neo Smart Blinds's 3.7. Neo Smart Blinds's advantage is review sentiment (72% vs 40%) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Weiser holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 58 and 100 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of Neo Smart Blinds's written reviews are positive against 40% of Weiser's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Neo Smart Blinds ships an update monthly, Weiser every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
