# Beesy mobile vs Microsoft Planner

Beesy mobile and Microsoft Planner both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 75% of Beesy mobile's written reviews are positive against 29% of Microsoft Planner's. Beesy mobile also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). Microsoft Planner's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 5) and ratings volume (13K vs 30). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Beesy mobile sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Microsoft Planner asks for nothing beyond the download.

Microsoft Planner holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Microsoft Planner has 13K ratings behind it against 30, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Beesy mobile's written reviews are positive against 29% of Microsoft Planner's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Beesy mobile ships an update every 2 months, Microsoft Planner every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
