# Beesy mobile vs Microsoft Whiteboard

Beesy mobile and Microsoft Whiteboard both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 75% of Beesy mobile's written reviews are positive against 36% of Microsoft Whiteboard's. Beesy mobile also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). Microsoft Whiteboard's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 5) and ratings volume (12K vs 30). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Beesy mobile sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Microsoft Whiteboard asks for nothing beyond the download.

Microsoft Whiteboard holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Microsoft Whiteboard has 12K ratings behind it against 30, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Beesy mobile's written reviews are positive against 36% of Microsoft Whiteboard's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Beesy mobile ships an update every 2 months, Microsoft Whiteboard every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
