# Ghost Panic vs Dead Center

The clearest difference is price: Dead Center at Free against Ghost Panic's $1.99. Dead Center also leads on update cadence (every 4 months vs every 14 months) and iOS requirement (6.0 vs 18.0). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Dead Center is free to download; Ghost Panic costs $1.99 up front. Ghost Panic sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Dead Center sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ghost Panic ships an update every 14 months, Dead Center every 4 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
