# BC Navigator vs St. John's U Connect

The clearest difference is rating: St. John's U Connect at 2.1 against BC Navigator's 1.5. BC Navigator's advantage is ratings volume (187 vs 26) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

St. John's U Connect holds the better App Store score, 2.1 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BC Navigator has 187 ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 7% of BC Navigator's written reviews are positive against 0% of St. John's U Connect's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BC Navigator ships an update every 2 months, St. John's U Connect every 5 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
