# PORTSIDE FOS vs CrewSchedule Pro

The clearest difference is rating: CrewSchedule Pro at 3.7 against PORTSIDE FOS's 1.2. CrewSchedule Pro also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 4 months). PORTSIDE FOS's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (49 vs 3). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

CrewSchedule Pro holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 1.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PORTSIDE FOS has 49 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 3% of PORTSIDE FOS's written reviews are positive against 0% of CrewSchedule Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PORTSIDE FOS ships an update every 4 months, CrewSchedule Pro every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
