# Weatherguard vs VisionLink™

The clearest difference is rating: Weatherguard at 5.0 against VisionLink™'s 4.4. VisionLink™'s advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 9%) and ratings volume (42 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Weatherguard holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VisionLink™ has 42 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 9% of Weatherguard's written reviews are positive against 50% of VisionLink™'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Weatherguard ships an update every 3 months, VisionLink™ monthly. Both last shipped on October 14, 2026.
