# FPCBR vs Taproot Church

The clearest difference is update cadence: FPCBR at every 3 months against Taproot Church's every 14 months. FPCBR also leads on iOS requirement (12.2 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FPCBR ships an update every 3 months, Taproot Church every 14 months. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
