# Hi vs Anthem Remote

The clearest difference is rating: Hi at 2.6 against Anthem Remote's 2.3. Hi also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). Anthem Remote's advantage is update cadence (every 6 months vs every 15 months) and ratings volume (152 vs 23). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hi holds the better App Store score, 2.6 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Anthem Remote has 152 ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 25% and 26% positive.

Hi ships an update every 15 months, Anthem Remote every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
