# ViSoft Smart vs AR Plan

The clearest difference is rating: AR Plan at 4.4 against ViSoft Smart's 3.3. AR Plan also leads on ratings volume (1.4K vs 6) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). ViSoft Smart's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and review sentiment (64% vs 49%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AR Plan sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. ViSoft Smart asks for nothing beyond the download.

AR Plan holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AR Plan has 1.4K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of ViSoft Smart's written reviews are positive against 49% of AR Plan's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ViSoft Smart ships an update every 2 months, AR Plan every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
