# campersAPP vs HersheyResorts

The clearest difference is review sentiment: HersheyResorts at 100% against campersAPP's 35%. HersheyResorts also leads on update cadence (every 3 months vs every 9 months). campersAPP's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and ratings volume (70 vs 9). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

campersAPP holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: campersAPP has 70 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 35% of campersAPP's written reviews are positive against 100% of HersheyResorts's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

campersAPP ships an update every 9 months, HersheyResorts every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
