# SafeUT vs Early Light Academy

The clearest difference is rating: Early Light Academy at 4.5 against SafeUT's 3.1. SafeUT's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 23 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Early Light Academy holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SafeUT has 397 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of SafeUT's written reviews are positive against 50% of Early Light Academy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SafeUT ships an update every 3 months, Early Light Academy every 23 months. Both last shipped on November 2, 2026.
