# Buggle 2 vs RoThings

The clearest difference is rating: RoThings at 5.0 against Buggle 2's 4.5. RoThings also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). Buggle 2's advantage is ratings volume (610 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Buggle 2 sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and RoThings sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RoThings holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Buggle 2 has 610 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Buggle 2 ships an update every 5 weeks, RoThings fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
