# VPN Secure Proxy vs HTTP Injector

The clearest difference is rating: VPN Secure Proxy at 4.5 against HTTP Injector's 3.9. VPN Secure Proxy also leads on review sentiment (71% vs 38%) and ratings volume (43K vs 48). HTTP Injector's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VPN Secure Proxy sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and HTTP Injector sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VPN Secure Proxy holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VPN Secure Proxy has 43K ratings behind it against 48, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 71% of VPN Secure Proxy's written reviews are positive against 38% of HTTP Injector's.

VPN Secure Proxy ships an update every 6 weeks, HTTP Injector fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
