# Kidterview vs Superimpose X

The clearest difference is update cadence: Superimpose X at every 9 days against Kidterview's every 5 months. Superimpose X also leads on ratings volume (3K vs 4) and review sentiment (86% vs 64%). Kidterview's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Kidterview costs $4.99 and Superimpose X $4.99 up front. Kidterview sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Superimpose X sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Kidterview holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Superimpose X has 3K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of Kidterview's written reviews are positive against 86% of Superimpose X's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Kidterview ships an update every 5 months, Superimpose X every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
