# Formula E vs BeyondTrackLimits

The clearest difference is rating: BeyondTrackLimits at 5.0 against Formula E's 4.2. BeyondTrackLimits also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Formula E's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 6) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BeyondTrackLimits holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Formula E has 1K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Formula E ships an update every 3 weeks, BeyondTrackLimits weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
