# JJRC FPV vs TRB FPV

JJRC FPV and TRB FPV both sit at 2.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 36% of TRB FPV's written reviews are positive against 10% of JJRC FPV's. TRB FPV also leads on ratings volume (84 vs 16). JJRC FPV's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 9.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

JJRC FPV holds the better App Store score, 2.9 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TRB FPV has 84 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 10% of JJRC FPV's written reviews are positive against 36% of TRB FPV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

JJRC FPV ships an update fortnightly, TRB FPV every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
