# Typesy vs KeyChamp

The clearest difference is update cadence: KeyChamp at every 3 days against Typesy's monthly. Typesy's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Typesy sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and KeyChamp sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Typesy ships an update monthly, KeyChamp every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
