# StepBet vs MoveSquad

The clearest difference is update cadence: MoveSquad at daily against StepBet's every 10 days. MoveSquad also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). StepBet's advantage is ratings volume (23K vs 7) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StepBet sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $10.99 per month and MoveSquad sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MoveSquad holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: StepBet has 23K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.

StepBet ships an update every 10 days, MoveSquad daily. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
